CallForTalents in Porto, Portugal seeks a Polish-speaking customer service agent to support drivers and logistics companies via phone and email, handling toll and revenue questions and promoting service sales.

On-site, 40 hours per week with a 24/7 rotating schedule. Remuneration is €998 gross per month in 14 installments, plus perks bringing total to €1,318 gross. Includes private health insurance and a €154 meal allowance; 22 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail.
• Professional, yet friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons
• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection
• Promoting service sales when applicable
• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives
