You will clarify questions, ensure toll and revenue collection, and promote service sales in a hands-on, on-site role.

The position is 40 hours per week on a rotational 24/7 schedule, with a lunch break. Private health insurance and a meal allowance are provided, along with a total compensation package.

Qualificações

• Native-level Polish proficiency
• Fluency in English; minimum B2
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail
• Professional, yet friendly attitude

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons
• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection
• Promoting service sales when applicable
• Contributing to the client’s objectives
