Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a multilingual customer service agent to support drivers and transport companies via phone and email, handling toll inquiries and revenue collection.

You will be the main contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, clarify road usage regulations, promote services when appropriate, and help the client achieve its objectives. The role is on-site, 40 hours per week, with a 24/7 shift rotation, and pays 998 EUR gross per month.

Qualifications

• Native Polish proficiency.
• Fluency in English (min B2).
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail.
• Professional, yet friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons.
• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies.
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations.
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Promoting service sales when applicable.
• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives.
