The ideal candidate must have native Polish, fluent English (B2), a professional yet friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons
• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection
• Promoting service sales when applicable
• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives
