Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency required.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons.
• Providing support directly to drivers and transport logistics companies.
• Clarifying questions related to road usage and regulations.
• Ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Promoting service sales when applicable.
• Contributing to the achievement of the client’s objectives.
