CloserHire is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert to support the Polish market from Porto, Portugal. You will assist trucks and logistics providers, handling toll and revenue inquiries, and driving service sales where applicable.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, strong communication in Polish and English, and a proactive approach to customer support in a fast-paced environment. Mainly supporting road infrastructure services, you’ll work with internal systems to update customer

Qualificações

• Fluent Polish (spoken & written) with good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in transport/logistics/service.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of handling sensitive customer information professionally.
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal platforms.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies.
• Provide assistance via phone and email in Polish and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Handle debt-related communication and provide service sales when applicable.
• Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage and regulations.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s operational and revenue goals.
• Manage customer information, ensuring it is updated in internal systems.
