Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our Sofia tech hub. You will handle back-office tasks, support Polish-speaking players, and help maintain platform integrity.

Qualificações

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• EU passport valid.
• Experience in back-office support or customer relations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage back-office administrative tasks tailored to gaming account integrity and platform security.
• Provide high-level support to Polish-speaking players, ensuring a premium experience.
• Monitor real-time gaming activity to identify irregularities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries related to gaming platform functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Contribute to the development of internal support processes to enhance the gaming user journey.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide informed assistance to players.
