Blueview Talent seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join an international project in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, delivering accurate information and solutions to customers while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role emphasizes professional communication, problem solving, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and general requests.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases when necessary.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
