BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an international project in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate information and practical solutions while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

The role emphasizes multilingual support (Polish and English), strong problem solving, and KPI-driven performance. You will contribute to a fast-paced team, participate in ongoing training, and benefit from relocation support and onsite

Qualificações

• Polish language fluency at C1/C2 and English at B2.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and practical solutions.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services, ensuring information is easy to understand.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests within required timeframes.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and best practices through ongoing training.
