CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a Polish-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers via phone, chat and email. You will use English for internal communication and in tools.

Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, you will join a team offering relocation support, a shared apartment for up to 12 months, and a food allowance as part of the package. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluent Polish required.
• Fluent English required.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Assist Polish-speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools.
• Resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
