BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to support an international client base in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, delivering accurate information and helpful resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong language skills in Polish and English, professional communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Onsite work and relocation support are offered as part of the package.

Qualificações

• Polish language at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via multiple channels.
• Answer questions about products, services, orders, and accounts.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Guide customers through processes across platforms and services.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
