Qualificações

• Language Skills: Fluent in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, payments, and deliveries.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and practical solutions.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolutions.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices.
