Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator to review marketplace content, ensuring compliance with platform policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines. You will assess product listings, images, descriptions, and reviews to maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace for buyers and sellers.

The role requires strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills, with 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Review marketplace content (listings, images, descriptions, reviews) for policy and quality compliance.
• Detect and take action on prohibited, deceptive, or low-quality content.
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently and make objective decisions.
• Monitor seller- and buyer-generated content to protect marketplace integrity.
