Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator to review marketplace content, including product listings, images, descriptions, reviews, and seller content, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards. You will work with multilingual teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, along with 0–1 year of related experience, strong judgment, and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• 0–1 year experience in content moderation or related analytical role would be beneficial.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other content for compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Detect and take action on prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, or low-quality content.
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently and make objective, well-informed decisions.
• Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to protect marketplace integrity and trust.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases according to policies and procedures.
• Share feedback to improve moderation processes and internal tools.
