Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Reviewer in Lisbon to safeguard a safe and trusted e-commerce marketplace. You will assess product listings, descriptions, images, reviews, and seller content to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong decision-making, communication, and multilingual abilities. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency at C1/C2 and English at B2.
• 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or related analytical roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review content across the marketplace to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.
• Identify and take action on prohibited, deceptive, or low-quality content.
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently and make accurate, objective decisions.
• Monitor and protect marketplace integrity and user trust across content.
• Escalate high-risk cases according to established procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of content.
