Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Reviewer to help build a safer e-commerce marketplace in Lisbon. You will review listings, images and descriptions to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.

Fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required. We offer relocation assistance, an onsite office, and a collaborative, international team. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to risk management, moderation workflows and policy improvements.

Qualificações

• Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) language proficiency.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other marketplace content for policy and quality compliance.
• Detect and take action on prohibited or low-quality content.
• Apply moderation guidelines and make accurate, objective decisions.
• Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to protect marketplace integrity.
• Escalate high-risk cases per policy.
• Maintain high accuracy while managing large volumes of content.
• Collaborate with internal teams on safety and compliance.
• Meet defined performance targets related to quality and turnaround.
• Stay updated on policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Share feedback to improve moderation processes and tools.
