Job summary

Zumub in the Lisbon area is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help set up, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok. You will collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and align with brand goals.

You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, produce dashboards, and support research on trends and competitors. Strong Portuguese and English skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or similar.
2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English.

Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Execution: assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: track CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions and support dashboards and regular reporting.
Market & Competitor Research: support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to refine ad strategies.
Creative & Copy Coordination: collaborate with design and content teams to support creatives, ad copy and landing pages.
