Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads. You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions, contributing to data-driven dashboards and regular reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with major ad platforms, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Portuguese with independent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or similar fields (desirable)
• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads
• Strong interest in digital marketing and data-driven decisions
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Native-level Portuguese and proficient English
• Team-oriented yet self-reliant and proactive
• Strong organizational abilities

\"ROLE:

• Campaign Support & Execution: Help launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.


• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Follow performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and contribute to the team's performance dashboards and regular reporting to inform data-driven decisions.


• Market & Competitor Research: Contribute to research into trends, competitors, and keywords, identifying new opportunities and helping enhance advertising strategies for maximum efficiency.


• Creative & Copy Coordination: Coordinate with design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages suited to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or similar fields (desirable)


• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (a minimum of 2 years is required)


• A strong interest in digital marketing and a drive to progress in performance marketing


• Good analytical skills and close attention to detail


• Native-level command of Portuguese and independent use of English


• A genuine team-oriented approach, combined with self-reliance, proactivity, and responsibility


• Sound organizational abilities
