Job summary

Delnext is seeking a digital marketing Campaign Specialist to contribute to the setup, day-to-day management, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will monitor performance metrics, assist with dashboards, and support data-driven decisions.

You will research market trends and collaborate with design and content teams to create effective ads and landing pages for various audiences, in a collaborative, on-site environment with occasional remote

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or a similar discipline (preferred).
• Two years of experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (required).
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to grow in performance marketing.
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Portuguese fluency and independent English proficiency.
• A strong team player who is autonomous, proactive and responsible.
• Well-developed organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Support & Execution: set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: track CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and assist with dashboards and regular reports.
• Market & Competitor Research: explore trends, competitors, and keywords to improve ad strategies.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: coordinate with design and content teams on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Follow key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist with dashboards and regular performance reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Help investigate trends, competitors, and keywords to discover opportunities and refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Coordinate with design and content teams on the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages suited to different platforms and audiences.
