Job summary

Delnext in Portugal seeks a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.

You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions, prepare dashboards, conduct market and competitor research, and coordinate creative and copy with design teams. The role is on-site in Cacém – Sintra with one remote working day per week.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads
• Fluency in Portuguese and working level English
• Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing

Responsibilities

• Campaign setup, management, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and more
• Monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions; assist in dashboards and regular reports
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve strategies
• Coordinate creative and copy with design/content teams for platform-specific assets

• - Campaign Support & Execution: Help set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and help prepare performance dashboards and regular reports to support data-driven decisions.
• - Market & Competitor Research: Research trends, competitors, and keywords to identify new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
• - Creative & Copy Coordination: Work with design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred)
• - Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
• - Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
• - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• - Fluency in Portuguese and independent-level proficiency in English
• - Strong team player; autonomous, proactive and responsible
• - Strong organizational skills
