Delnext is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist in Portugal to help launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. You will monitor key metrics and assist the team with performance dashboards and regular reports to drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or related fields (desirable).
• 2 years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Native-level Portuguese with English ability.
• Self-motivated team player with proactive attitude.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions; support dashboards and regular reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

"ROLE:

Campaign Support & Execution: Help with launching, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reports to enable data-driven decisions.
Market & Competitor Research: Support research into trends, competitors, and keywords to discover new opportunities and refine advertising strategies for maximum efficiency.
Creative & Copy Coordination: Cooperate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

"QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or related fields (desirable)
Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
Passion for digital marketing and motivation to develop in performance marketing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Native-level Portuguese and the ability to use English independently
A genuine team player who is self-reliant, proactive, and responsible
Good organizational skills
