Job summary

Zumub in the Lisbon area is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help set up, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok. You will collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and align with brand goals.

You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, produce dashboards, and support research on trends and competitors. Strong Portuguese and English skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or similar.
• 2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English.

Job description

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
• Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
• Good organizational skills
