Job summary

Delnext is seeking a trainee for influencer and affiliate marketing to identify and engage partners across national and international markets. You will manage campaigns, discuss terms, and drive performance incentives while coordinating with internal teams on offers and materials.

The role includes growth opportunities in a global program and practical exposure to real campaigns. The position is on-site in Cacém - Sintra with one remote day per week, offering meal allowance and gym access as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing management.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; English fluency.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools is a plus.
