KLx, the Lisbon-based payroll and HR support arm of Crédit Agricole S.A., is offering a Fixed-Term role for a Payroll & HR Assistant. The position supports payroll processes, HR administration, and related reporting in a hybrid work setting near Lisbon.

Ideal candidates have a HR-related degree, English at least B2, and up to 6 months of payroll/benefits experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
• English level at least B2; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 months of professional experience or internship in payroll and benefits.
• Good knowledge of Excel and strong reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in payroll processes, including data collection and verification.
• Answer employee questions and requests related to salaries and benefits.
• Prepare periodic reports on payroll processing and other relevant indicators.
• HR administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes.
