Concentrix is seeking a People Solutions Generalist I in Lisbon to support HR programs and stakeholder partnerships. You will analyze and implement HR activities, support performance and talent management, and handle employee inquiries with a strong focus on data accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in similar roles.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Working knowledge of labor relations.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines in a virtual environment.
• Self-starter with urgency and composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing HR activities including engagement, compensation, and talent management.
• Provide consulting to managers on team performance, policies, and compensation.
• Handle day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to align HR solutions with business strategy.
• Conduct orientation for new hires and learning sessions.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reports in HRIS per policy and laws.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics and present visuals for decision making.
• Prepare HR documentary requirements for labor cases as needed.
• Review HR trends and implement improvements.
• Promote company values and leadership behaviors within the org.
• Assist with candidate selection processes when needed.
