Apex Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Consultant for Corporate Solutions Payroll. You will join the payroll team and support monthly payroll runs, month-end reporting, and tax payroll obligations across client Portuguese companies.

You will help juniors, prepare monthly and annual reports, and manage onboarding and other payroll formalities, liaising with clients and internal teams. Strong Excel and English are essential.

Qualificações

• University degree in finance or human resource management.
• Significant exposure to Portuguese labour and tax law.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with payroll ERP systems; CENTRALGEST is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and review payroll processing for multiple Apex client companies.
• Support junior consultants in daily tasks.
• Produce monthly reports and annual payroll obligations.
• Prepare and review tax payroll returns.
• Onboard and set up admissions and leaver formalities.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on payroll matters.
