AdvanceCare is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You’ll play a key role in continuously improving payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping prepare the company for future challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly payroll processing
• Management of new hires, terminations, and contract changes
• Support in preparing legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, IRS)
• Liaison with external entities
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations (DMR, Single Report, garnishments)
• Support in preparing HR reports and indicators
• Ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Accounting, HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law
