AdvanceCare is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You’ll play a key role in continuously improving payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping prepare the company for future challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly payroll processing
- Management of new hires, terminations, and contract changes
- Support in preparing legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, IRS)
- Liaison with external entities
- Compliance with legal and tax obligations (DMR, Single Report, garnishments)
- Support in preparing HR reports and indicators
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Accounting, HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law
- Solid Excel skills and payroll software experience
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and team spirit
