Air Liquide ALEBS is seeking a Payroll Analyst (F/M) based in Portugal (Algés) for full-time engagement. You will manage payroll runs, validate results, and ensure compliance with local regulations across a multilingual service center.

The role emphasizes collaboration with 3rd party providers and regulatory reporting. You will work in a diverse, globally connected team, handling data quality checks, bonuses, and annual pay reviews while adapting to legislative changes.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR Management or related social sciences required.
• Experience as HR administrative assistant in shared services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Complete payroll run and related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and monitor payroll data per local requirements.
• Conduct start and end of year payroll administration with 3rd party partners.
• Manage and maintain payroll processes and respond to data changes.
• Monitor data quality for payroll inputs such as rewards and attendance.
• Administer disbursements, collections, filings and reporting.
• Support audits and regulatory requests for payroll data.
• Handle employee compensation calculations and annual pay reviews.
• Implement legislation changes impacting payroll and time administration.
• Coordinate with 3rd party providers to resolve payroll queries.
