A Payroll Analyst position at ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services) in Portugal is responsible for completing payroll runs, data validation, and disbursement in line with local laws and governance. You will post payroll results to Finance and support statutory submissions while coordinating with third-party providers.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, German and English fluency, and experience in HR administration within a shared services setup.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR management or related social sciences or administrative discipline.
• Experience as HR administrative assistant in a shared services environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Complete payroll runs and validate results according to local regulations.
• Handle salary disbursement and payroll postings to Finance.
• Support start/end of year payroll activities with third-party providers.
