The role involves validating payroll results, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with third-party providers for year-start and year-end activities.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• Experience as HR administrative assistant or in shared services is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll run and related activities, validate results and ensure accuracy.
• Post payroll data to Finance and handle statutory submissions per local regulations.
• Coordinate year-start and year-end payroll activities with 3rd party providers.
• Maintain payroll processes and respond to data change requests.
• Monitor data quality and payroll input related to rewards and attendance.
• Assist audits and regulatory requests for payroll data.
