Job summary

KultureTalent - Global Talent is seeking a Payroll Specialist for Portugal to join our client’s team. The role requires accurate payroll processing, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in payroll, a related degree, proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, and a meticulous, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Portuguese labor law and regulations.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
