Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Portugal is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst to join the international R2P team. You will process vendor invoices, manage payment proposals, and perform reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely outputs.

Working in a modern hybrid environment, you will collaborate with Procurement, IT, and finance partners across European entities, while developing your skills in SAP/Oracle/Navision and Excel in a diverse, inclusive

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
• Open to early-career professionals with accounting background; multinational experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (B2+); knowledge of other European languages is valued.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and credit notes, prepare payment proposals, manage supplier queries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (GR-IR, AP-GL) and resolve blocked invoices.
• Identify process improvements, support audits, and update procedures.
• Collaborate daily with Procurement, Local IT, Finance Partners, and Country CFOs.
