KultureTalent - Global Talent is seeking a Payroll Specialist for Portugal to join our client’s team. The role requires accurate payroll processing, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English. You will ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and collaborate with HR and finance to deliver timely payroll services.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in payroll, a related degree, proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, and a meticulous, team-oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Portuguese labor law and regulations.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and regulations.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes.
• Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide support during audits and assist with payroll-related inquiries.
• Continuously improve payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
