Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Experienced Analyst to coordinate Employee Shareholding operations and support Pay Transparency projects across Europe. You will collaborate with HR Partners, Finance and external vendors, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

You will engage with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage confidential compensation data, and drive continuous improvement in HR operations

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Workday and case management tools (e.g. Service Now).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail for confidential HR data.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external service provider to report and manage shareholder data changes.
• Validate incoming early release requests for completeness and procedures.
• Dispatch payments for shares, dividends and fractional rights to shareholders.
• Assist employee shareholders with formalities (online account access, etc.).
• Support regional Pay Transparency processes and compliance initiatives.
