Job summary

Everience is seeking a Freelance Onsite Support Technician to provide first and second-line IT support in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires native Portuguese and fluent English, with 2+ years of onsite experience in a large enterprise environment.

You will support Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and mobile devices, manage hardware lifecycles, and maintain inventory while delivering excellent customer service. This part-time position may evolve to full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, mobility, and connectivity issues.
• Manage installation, configuration, relocation, and lifecycle of IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft-based environments including Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, upgrades, and asset management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor KPIs.
