Care to Beauty is seeking a part-time Customer Care Agent in Maia, PT. The role covers on-site and hybrid work with weekend remote shifts. You will handle inquiries across WhatsApp, email, and marketplaces, ensuring timely, empathetic responses and smooth order modifications.

You must have strong written English, prior customer support or ecommerce experience, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is fixed and weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• Excellent written English.
• Availability for one of the two weekly patterns, weekend shift included.
• Live within commuting distance of the office.
• Quiet workspace and stable internet for remote shifts, weekend included.
• High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade).
• Autonomous work style with no coworker on shift.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or general e-commerce.
• Additional languages beyond English.
• Experience in the beauty industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience with customer service software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints on WhatsApp, email, and marketplace messaging.
• Answer within each marketplace’s response time targets.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and other requests.
• Manage delivery issues with logistics partners.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward customers.
• Run weekend shift independently with proper handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close issues end-to-end.
• Provide feedback on customer trends to the Lead.
