Job summary

Egor Group is looking for a dynamic sales assistant in Porto to nurture customer relationships and drive growth. You will handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and aim to meet daily and monthly contact targets. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and a higher education degree or equivalent diploma is required. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 10 business days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with assigned customers, by providing excellent service and support;
• Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales;
• Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals;
• Gain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant;
• Document and manage customer activity in Salesforce;
• Achieve monthly sales quotas.
