You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching the team, and collaborating with marketing to launch campaigns and materials. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication in Portuguese; English is a plus.

Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets while managing a team of sales representatives. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
• Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials
• Train new sales staff on product knowledge sales tactics and company policies
• Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to expand business network

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Porto market
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach develop and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
• Ability to analyze data identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese English proficiency is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens
