Job summary

Egor Group in Porto is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage customer relationships and qualify leads through outbound calls. You will meet daily and monthly contact goals and work to re-engage dormant accounts while documenting activities in Salesforce.

The role requires fluency in English and German, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of Salesforce or similar sales tools. This is a full-time, on-site position in Porto.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree (preferencial).
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other Sales-related software (preferencial).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with assigned customers, by providing excellent service and support;
• Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales;
• Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals;
• Gain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant;
• Document and manage customer activity in Salesforce;
• Achieve monthly sales quotas.
