Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Covilhã, Portugal, is hiring outbound customer service representatives to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. You will contact customers by phone to inform, follow up and support them with services in Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.

You will meet call targets, update records, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment while delivering clear, friendly service during NIGHT shifts on-site in Covilhã.
