Portuguese-Speaking Customer Development Agent – Covilhã, Portugal

We are currently looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Development Agents to join our team in Covilhãand work on an exciting outbound sales project for one of our leading BPO clients.

Location

Covilhã, Portugal — on-site

Your Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers
• Present products and services in a clear and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle customer questions and objections
• Follow sales procedures and achieve defined targets
• Maintain accurate information in the relevant systems
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Portuguese
• Good level of English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not always required
• Motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
