Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Portuguese-speaking Customer Development Agents to join our Covilhã team for an outbound sales project with a leading BPO client. The role is on-site in Covilhã, Portugal, with full-time employment and ongoing training.

You will make outbound calls, present products, identify customer needs, and work toward defined targets, while maintaining accurate records and delivering a professional customer experience.

Requirements
