Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking multilingual customer service representatives to support an international client. The role handles inbound and outbound contacts in Portuguese and French with care and accuracy, using a knowledge base and CRM tools.

This on-site position offers structured training, clear career paths, and a friendly multicultural team environment. Working hours are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with opportunities for progression.
