DansUGC is seeking a proactive creator-growth specialist to expand our apps on TikTok organically. You will own format research, craft hooks, and manage a pipeline that keeps content posting across multiple client campaigns.

You will identify current trend formats, adapt them quickly, and use analytics to drive sustained retention. Strong organizational skills to run posting across several accounts are essential.

• Read the analytics and double down on what actually retains, not what merely spiked.

Organic short-form is how our consumer apps find their first users, and how client campaigns get their reps. You'd own the format research, the hooks, and the pipeline that keeps everything posting.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• You've grown an account — yours or someone else's — to real numbers. Show us.
• You watch a lot of short-form, deliberately, and can name this month's format trend.
• You write hooks quickly and don't get attached to them.
• Organized enough to run a posting pipeline across many accounts at once.
