Job summary

VML, part of WPP, seeks a Creative Social Media Manager to drive social growth and short-form video innovation across a diverse client roster. You will translate client brand identities into high-retention TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content with a social-first mindset.

In this role, you will create, film and edit videos, develop platform-native content ideas, and present monthly content plans. A hybrid work model applies, with four days in the office and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in social media or content strategy.
• Experience in digital or creative agency.
• Ability to translate client briefs into production briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-client content calendars and publication across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Develop platform-native strategies and recurring video series.
• Create, film and edit short-form videos from concept to delivery.
• Pitch concepts and present monthly content plans to clients.
• Spot trends in Portuguese internet culture and adapt concepts.
