The ideal candidate blends video/editing and design prowess with a solid grasp of digital marketing performance metrics, working fully remotely with creative freedom.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for social media advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising creatives.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-driven creative strategies.
• Ability to capture attention within the first few seconds and adapt to trends.
