Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Creative Strategist (TikTok Shop) to lead the growth of our DTC supplements brand on TikTok. You will own creative strategy across organic content, paid ads and the Shop, translating platform insights into scalable, high‑performing creatives that drive acquisition and conversion.

Ideally you bring 5+ years in DTC creative strategy, a strong portfolio of short‑form content, and a deep understanding of TikTok trends, testing, and native storytelling to accelerate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC creative strategy or growth‑focused content development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form content and direct response thinking.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok as a platform, including trends, paid creative best practices.
• Experience developing concepts across both organic and paid social.
• Strong grasp of creative testing methodologies for hooks and formats.
• Ability to bridge brand, content and performance with conversion focus.
• Passion for psychology, storytelling, video and consumer behavior.
• Proactive in tracking TikTok trends and platform changes.

Responsabilités

• Drive TikTok Channel Growth Through Creative Strategy: Own the strategy, unlock acquisition and conversion across organic, paid ads and TikTok Shop.
• Conduct In‑Depth TikTok Creative Research: Identify opportunities and distill findings into actionable angles, hooks, scripts and briefs.
• Execute a Strategic TikTok Testing Process: Build testing pipelines and scale winners through structured testing.
• Create for Every Stage of the TikTok Customer Journey: Tailor creatives to funnel stages and brand goals.
• Build Engaging, Native Content: Develop ad concepts and organic content for TikTok with high attention and conversion.
• Support TikTok Shop Growth: Improve shop performance and product page engagement.
• Optimize Conversion Levers: Improve hooks, pacing, CTAs, demos and proofs.
