DansUGC is seeking a proactive creator-growth specialist to expand our apps on TikTok organically. You will own format research, craft hooks, and manage a pipeline that keeps content posting across multiple client campaigns.

You will identify current trend formats, adapt them quickly, and use analytics to drive sustained retention. Strong organizational skills to run posting across several accounts are essential.

• You can manage a posting pipeline across multiple accounts.
• You can read analytics to drive retention and growth.
• You understand short-form video formats and pacing.

Responsabilidades

• Grow our consumer apps organically on TikTok and Reels — accounts, formats, cadence.
• Find formats working right now and adapt them before they saturate.
• Write hooks. A lot of them. The first three seconds are the whole job.
• Manage the pipeline of client UGC campaigns: what gets filmed, by whom, posted when.
• Read the analytics and double down on what actually retains, not what merely spiked.
