DansUGC in Lisbon is seeking a confident on-camera creator to own Instagram and TikTok for the brand, producing engaging product videos that others want to share.

You will film, edit, and publish content, develop repeatable formats, react to ads, and analyze metrics to refine hooks and performance.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to create content for a brand or product that went viral organically.
• Comfortable on camera without a studio, crew, or scripted prompts.
• Ability to show the exact videos made and the results achieved.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic Instagram and TikTok for DansUGC: ideas, calendar, filming, editing, posting, comments, and analytics.
• Be the on-camera face of the brand — demo the product, explain UGC, react to ads, share learnings, and build recurring series.
• Research brand-first formats daily and turn strong concepts into sharp hooks and videos while they are fresh.
• Publish consistently and test at volume; one video per week is not sufficient.
• Read metrics (watch time, shares, saves, visits, signups) and keep formats that move people.

Be the face of DansUGC on Instagram and TikTok — make product videos people actually want to share.

DansUGC helps brands make social content at scale. Our own channels should prove we understand the internet, not just talk about it. You'd own Instagram and TikTok end to end, mostly by getting on camera and finding repeatable formats that make a B2B product feel native, useful, and entertaining.

What you'll do

• Own organic Instagram and TikTok for DansUGC: ideas, calendar, filming, editing, posting, comments, and analytics.
• Be the on-camera face of the brand — demo the product, explain UGC, react to ads, share what we're learning, and build recurring series.
• Research brand-first formats every day, then turn the good ones into sharp hooks and videos while they are still fresh.
• Publish consistently and test at volume. One precious video a week is not the job.
• Read watch time, shares, saves, profile visits, and signups; keep the formats that move people and drop the ones that don't.

What we're looking for

• Proof you've made content for a brand or product that broke out organically. Personal or lifestyle virality on its own doesn't count.
• Comfortable and convincing on camera without a studio, crew, or perfect script.
• You can show the exact videos you made, what you owned, and the results they got.
• Strong hooks, native platform instincts, and enough editing skill to ship your own work fast.
• You care about reach, but you also understand the point is to make more people want DansUGC.
