CODA Technology Services is seeking a Platform Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end reliability of our UCaaS and SaaS platform. You will set up and lead a Platform/Operations team and drive various improvement and automation initiatives across the stack.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading operations, SRE, or platform teams, a strong background in cloud-native production systems, and hands‑on expertise with monitoring, incident management, and Kubernetes.

Qualificações

Proven experience leading operations, SRE, or platform teams.
Strong background in running cloud-native production systems.
Experience with monitoring, incident management, and service reliability.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end reliability and operational performance of UCaaS and SaaS platforms.
